DAY 1 of 2

When 2 tribes go to war, a point is all that you can score... maybe 2 points.  Grin  Well a few of <We the Horde> showed up and faced down a few of <The Imaginary Friends> in the Silverpine Forest.  An excellent spot for fighting since there is a re-spawn in the trees here.  I am somewhat disappointed that we didn't get higher numbers for the first day.  If you belong to either guild please meet in the area on the map below.  We are having 1 on 1 with level matching within reason of course.

Here are some highlights of Saturday's events;

The first match was Rezzkortrah vs Phantoccio
Phantoccio won 2 out of 2

But the real winner was the Blackwitch, she bested Phantoccio and Gloweyes both in one on one matches set for best of three.
She won in 2 on both sets!

One thing was clear, my wife is not a fighter.  When Rezzkortrah returned he bested her four times in a row.

But I think she had fun getting killed.  Undecided

I am still working on the videos.  I believe the event is officially over now?  But I will post the videos here when I am done.  So is the "Guild Wars" Cheesy going to continue or is this a dead duck?  I mean sadly it was only The Guild Leaders and about 7 or 8 of us that showed up in total.  No offense but your wife makes an easy target.  Too bad you couldn't get your son's to join you but even then more of your guild showed that ours.  It is so hard to get help these days.

It is very difficult to motivate people in the guilds.  Belonging  to  any guild in WoW seems to be more a matter of status than anything else.  Many players want to join a guild just to join and then fail to get involved with guild activities.  So yeah I will wait until you post your videos and then lock this topic down.

As for any future guild battles, I would suggest we just keep in touch.  My oldest is heading back to college and my youngest is in his last year of High School in the Fall.  I doubt the family will be as active in September. Sad

Maybe we can get together once a month in an unofficial capacity.  Have Fun, I can't wait to see your movies.
