Staff members must take seriously their duties to VanillaGaming and its Players. All VanillaGaming Staff MUST:

--Uphold VG rules and procedures properly, accurately, and promptly.
--Seek excellence in the performance of duties
--Act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism
--Deal with people and issues openly, directly and respectfully
--Treat players and fellow Staff with respect
--Be reliable and meet goals, objectives, and commitments
--Take actions that are consistent with words
--Openly give, ask for, and receive advice and feedback
