Hi there,

I have searched for a solution in this forum, but I was only able to find the voting issue regarding the points that are not credited.

My issue is different: I want to use the points I have to get 100g, but whenever I click it the site loads for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I have tried different browsers and devices.

If anyone has a solution, that would be much appreciated.

Do you have an in-game character on the account from which you voted? It should load a drop-down menu to select which character to send the gold to.
