A question for vanilla private server

Hello i'm new to private servers so i have some question to ask
i read this private server is x1 for item drop and others, only exp is 15x
so does that mean i need to spend a ton of time in raid just to get good gears?
because the main reason i stop playing WoW is i don't have that much time on it
I just want to enjoy the content without endless farming

The drop raid in raids is the same as in Classic and in retail Vanilla. but don't let that scare you away.  The x15 XP rate means you will get to level 60 without spending much time.

The x1 drop rate refers to the world drops. I don't know the exact drop rate, but it is closer to x10 than x1!! I've found one - ONE - boe epic in retail vanilla, but manu on VG.
