Tank advice needed for Mods

Hey all,

I'm new to tanking in raids and have only been in each of the endgame instances once or twice each.
So far I've been tanking without any mods running (just discord and a chat channel with standard WoW).

I've been advised to use the following mods (listed below). Are there any other recommendations? As I understand it I just copy these folders into the Interface folder, which I've just done and going to have a play with it tonight.

Any advice is much appreciated!
