Gold I bought with vote points never arrived

I recently bought 10g with 3 vote points on your site. I only have one character and chose to send the gold to this character. My vote points were taken and it said the gold should arrive in 2 minutes. It's been 45 minutes and the gold has not arrived in my mailbox. I'm afraid I will not get the gold from my vote points.
