Looking for a version that supports Luna unit frames if one exits.

Try get the version from armory.digram.dk it should be up to date with LUF, have the build in function in it  to make macros for mouse over spells

Luna unit frames has it's own mouseover option, /lunamo Spell Name

you can also enable "mouseover in 3d world" in luna options to mouseover character models as well as frames
