R1: I have been a member for 1 year or more for GMs. 1 month or more for Testers.
- I have been a member of the VG community for around 5 years now.
R2: I am 18 years old or more.
- I am 19 years old.
R3: I can be online at least 3 hours a day.
- Yes i can be on at least 3 hours of the day.
R4: You must have any kind of facebook in order to join VG staff group for proper and thorough staff communication

Q3. Where in the world are you located (time zone GMT+/-)?
- California,US(PST GMT-8)
Q4. When are you available to work as a GM? (Be specific please: days/times)
- M-F 7pm-10pm PST, at least. I'm usually on more than that, weekends I may go out and party or something so I
can't promise anything too much, but I usually only go out for birthdays and things of that nature.

Q6. How much time each day do you spend on WoW, on the forums or in-game?
- At least 4 hours everyday, usually in game.
Q7. Have you played Retail? If so, for how long?
- Yes, i played all the way up to legion before I quit outright on it.
Q8. Tell us a little about yourself.
- I'm 19 currently going to college to earn my Computer Science major. I just started my own business,
IntentionallyGoodGaming, currently have competitive teams for Overwatch/CSGO, and developing my own RPG
game, which has been in development for 2 years now. I am also looking to work more on videos/streaming to not
only grow my brand ,but possibly spread the word of VG.
Q9. Have you had previous experience as a Gamemaster? If yes, please explain.
- I have not.
Q10. Explain why you think you would be a good Gamemaster.
- I feel that i will be a good Gamemaster for the simple reason that i love VG, I've played here since my early teen
years and still currently do. I want to help this server and the people who play on it.
Q11.What interests you most about becoming a Gamemaster ?
- Simply helping out the server, I feel like I have been apart of VG for the most part. Nothing on an official level
though, and seeing that GMs are needed. I could possibly help the server even more.
Q12. Do you know WHAT a Gamemaster does? Please explain.
- Gamemasters help players with issues, impose action on players that are breaking rules/abusing bugs, make sure
the server is on good terms(Cleaning out Racism/Religious Rants ect. in World Chat). Overall making sure the
server is in good health.
Q13. What do you think is the most important thing a Gamemaster can do?
- Help players! I know GMs have a lot more going on, but when a player needs help its best to help them quick.
Players get discouraged very quickly and most turn to world chat to express their opinions on the whole process.
No one wants to get frustrated, no one wants bad reputation being thrown around, Help a player, they are happy,
you're happy. Its simple!
Q14. What will you do if a Player asks you for help?
- I will evaluate the situation, break the issue down. See what i can do to help the player, while making a detailed
report on said issue.
Q15. What will you do if you are unable to help?
- Tell the player that I am unfortunately unable to help, make a detailed report on it and put the issue on priority and
work with others to try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Q16. Gamemasters always use correct English spelling and grammar. Do you?
- Yes. I am human although and tend to make a few mistakes here or there, but for the most part my English is top
tier.
Q17. If an event gets out of control, how would you how would you handle the situation?
- End the event and deescalate the situation. If a few players are to blame, take them aside personally and let them know the consequences.
Q18. Have you ever committed any act of fraud or dishonesty? If yes, please explain.
- I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
Q19. If you were going to submit a suggestion for us, what would it be?
- Work more on the leveling, yes its x15 but when new people join the server to level, they have so many issues, it
shows us in a bad light. End game has a few issues but overall its a good experience.
Q20. What positive additions could you (or do you already) make to the server/Community?
- I've helped many guilds build up, helped many players. I am looking to go beyond that at this point, and see what i
can do to bring in more people to the server. And see what i can do to help the server as a whole, part of the
reason i'm submitting this App.
Q21. Professionalism, integrity, and honesty are required at all times. In what ways do these words describe you?
- Professionalism is the highest requirment when you represent a company or a server for this instance, it's needed
to show the server in good light, that being said I will always be professional in this way. BUT! I am very laid back
on my personal level!
- Integrity, to me is holding to your guns. You can't be swayed for little reasons, and you have to stick to what is
right, even if a fellow player you may know and like is going to be punished. You have to stick to the server rules
and impose them.
- Honesty is the most important thing to me in life. I don't see a point in lying about an issue or an event that may
have happened. All that comes from it, is 1)Waste of everyone's time. 2)If there is an issue, it causes it to be
pushed back and not really resolved. 3)Overall just a bad skewed view of whatever you are lying about.
Q22. Have you ever been disciplined by a Gamemaster on VanillaGaming?
- Got silenced for 8 hours once because I posted midget porn in World Chat. Other than that, nothing.
Q23. What can you do to help the server grow?
- I would love to help spread the word of VG, and help the players of the server.
Q24. Is there anything else that you would like the Staff to know?
- I have been on this server for a while, worked with many guilds (Deprofundis,Overkill,Mutiny,Riley'sRangers,Prophecy,Equilibrium and I am currently in Perseverance).
I am simply looking to help the server which i have spent so much of my time on. Over the years i have seen the
numbers slowly getting smaller, people go, some people come but not enough. I want to keep this server up, and I
am willing to do what I can. I have been known to joke around a lot in world chat and during raids. I hope that
does not affect what I am trying to do here. I thank you for reading this.
