If you are central-European, it's fine in the afternoons/evenings.
There's a good chance the games are very one-sided, with the opposition with most Naxx -geared people facerolling the other. Thus dropping the queue even more.
I myself usually end up switching faction after every game trying to balance it out.
It's far from what it used to be, had Arathi basins running through the day.

Warsong Gulch pop is consistent during server peak times. Arathi Basin pop is super rare. World pvp is non-existent.
