If you actually pay attention to how you're spending your points, you'll find that the numbers shown on the tooltip aren't the true buffs you're getting.

I should be getting 900+ armor from Devotion Aura, as I've spec'd into it and the tooltip says so. The buff on me is for 700.

Blessing of might is missing nearly 100 bonus attack power.

There's more, but I'm not going to write an essay on why you shouldn't play a Paladin.

Really disappointing that I've been spamming this ingame trying to get a GM to help, but VG GMs are impossible to get ahold of.

Wish I'd noticed before I wasted all that time getting to 60.

Impossible to get a hold of ? These are things that developers and testers should take a look at. Tickets about this or cries out on world chat should and will be ignored. Read the rules.

Some buff descriptions do not change even when they (and their tooltip descriptions) are affected by talents.  For example, you say devotion aura gives 700 armor normally (900+ with talents).  I'll use this as an example.

If you spec 0/5 in improved devotion aura, I think you'll see the following:
-the spell description says "increases armor by 700"
-when using devotion aura, the buff itself will read "increases armor by 700" when mousing over
-when using devotion aura, your actual armor value increases by 700

If you spec 5/5 in improved devotion aura, I think you'll see the following:
-the spell description says "increases armor by 900+"
-when using devotion aura, the buff itself will read "increases armor by 700" when mousing over
-when using devotion aura, your actual armor value increases by 900+

You should do the following:  write down your armor rating with devotion aura on, then write it down again with devotion aura off.  Is the difference 700, or 900+?

Do I understand correctly? All these mistakes and many others will not be fixed on this server?

Not unless you or anyone else makes a propper bug report. The developers are a small amount on this server and if you want something to be fixed you need to provide a propper raport with the instruction of how to fix it.

I do not see anywhere here where it says that this will not get fixed on this server.  All that has been said is that a bug report would need to be submitted to bring it to a Developer's attention.

GMs and Developers are not the same thing.  Submitting an in game ticket will not help the situation because developers do not answer those.

The proper way to let a developer know about this "bug" would be to submit a bug report on the forums here: http://vanillagaming.org/forum/index.php?board=13.0.

OR

If you go to the MAIN page of the website (not the forums), and hover your mouse over the DEVELOPMENT section at the top of the page, a Drop Down menu will appear.  You can choose "Report a Bug" from that menu which will take you to the bug report section as well.

Hope this helps.

P.S.  If you actually do the math before and after applying the improved auras/blessings/other buffs/etc., you will notice that it is only a VISUAL error in the buff.  You actually do get the correct amount of armor and/or attack power with the improved talents.  Therefore the talent trees are not actually "COMPLETELY BUGGED" as the OP stated.

Exactly what the others here have pointed out. Perhaps actually investigate just a little tiny bit and take your armor without the buff on, turn the buff on and take that armor number, and use subtraction. Although, since you actually made it this far without figuring out its just a error on the buffs icon I think there is a pretty good chance your not capable of basic 5 year old math.
