I have noticed that
Thorium Grenade applies two stacks of
Thorium Grenade allowing players to deal one attack or spell with damage to the affected player without breaking the effect (consumming one of the two stacks) even tho it says on the item itself and the spell "Any damage will break the effect.". I have been looking around a little bit and can't find any information to support this being correct. Can anyone tell me if this is correct or not and preferably post some proof as well. Because it's getting old being stunned by this and taking a 2-3k damage spell to the face and remaining stunned.
