Found a fraps while cleaning my laptop showing my healing macro. Since I'm not raiding here anymore there's no reason for me to not share it.
The macro will start to cast a heal, check for HP deficit at 0,2 sec and then either let the heal go through or start to cast a new heal. It's not beautiful written, but it works. It is awesome for MT healing since you can just spam the macro while focusing on other things.
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5DGFoUvpx0" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5DGFoUvpx0</a>

1. Put a spell with GCD in actionbar slot 4 (or change the "4" in the first line to w/e)
2. Select what spell you want to cast, GH rank 5 in this macro
3. Change the +0.8 to your spell's cast time - 1,7. (Greater heal = 2,5 sec -> 2,5-1,7=0,8)
4. Change the "3000" to what the heal will do. I'm using a 10% overheal.
5. Target your tank, spam the macro and do something else while doing 0 overheals.
Keep in mind that you have to press the macro with a certain phase, too fast or too slow and it wont work. Takes max 10 sec to figure out the phase.

Code:
/script if GetActionCooldown(4)<0.1 then CastSpellByName("Greater Heal(rank 5)"); end
/Script baic=GetTime() ;
/script baix=GetActionCooldown(4); if baix>0 then bais=(GetTime()+0.8); end
/Script if (UnitHealth"Target")>((UnitHealthMax"Target")-3000) and baic>bais then SpellStopCasting(); end

only works with extended macro addons.

For example, Super Macro

click the "Super" tab on the bottom to create a super macro and paste the script there.
