Yes, I've played every single expansion, and every single patch, including the one that was just released in June.  I have killed every boss ever released relevant to the patch it was released.

Q8. Tell us a little about yourself.

I'm professional 3D Animator and Digital designer,  with a minor in business relations and management,  I have extensive training and experience with Co owning a Private server (Cruel-WoW) which I managed GM's as well as promoted the server, to a population of 15,000+ players.   Across 3 servers.

Q9. Have you had previous experience as a Gamemaster? If yes, please explain.

Yes, I have experience in MangOs as well as; TrinityCore, althought it has been a while since I was a GM anywhere, about 3+ years or so, I assume it wouldn't take that long to get back to the swing of things.


Q10. Explain why you think you would be a good Gamemaster.

Well, to be honest.  I understand people, and you have to understand people to do your job, basically as a GM, you're managing players.. to help them.. as well as; stop players from hurting the server (Gold sellers, Hackers, Abusers etc..)

I'm well mannered and I don't make decisions emotionally so you won't see a random Ban for "X" or "Y" reason. 

Q11.What interests you most about becoming a Gamemaster ?

Honestly I want to help the server grow, in any way possible, whether being a tester, GM, or some sort of recruitment for the server.  The only thing I can really do to be part of any executive decisions is to become a GM.  I am actively looking for a developer for this server to fix the ongoing bug reports and older bugs, class related, as well as, PvE & PvP related.

Q12. Do you know WHAT a Gamemaster does? Please explain.

A Gamemaster enforces the rules, as well as, serves players who need help,  I understand how it feels to wait for a Tier 3 item for a while in your bags and you just want the quest to turn in quickly to get your epic loot.  I want to help players understand it's not Staff vs Players, it's a community.

Q13. What do you think is the most important thing a Gamemaster can do?

Serving players,  and mitigating any unruly situations imo.

Q14. What will you do if a Player asks you for help?

If a Player opens a ticket, I will help them, dependent on what they're asking for,  I would help in most cases, obviously I wouldn't give them items etc,  but you have the Tier 3 leg token from Loatheb?  Sure, I'll add the quest to your quest log.  No Problemo.

Q15. What will you do if you are unable to help?

I will either ask Erg, or Zeard if the help isn't available from myself, sometimes; GM's depending on the level of GM can either help or they just don't have the capabilities to help.

Yes, I do!

Q17. If an event gets out of control, how would you how would you handle the situation?

I'm really not the type of GM who does events per say, I like the Blizz-like aspect of WoW and being a GM,  but If i were a part of one, I would enforce the rules of the event, or abolish the event as a whole.

Q18. Have you ever committed any act of fraud or dishonesty? If yes, please explain.

I have not, in relation to any GM or player incidents. 

Q19. If you were going to submit a suggestion for us, what would it be?

Suggestion would be to actively recruit and seek out developers for the server, to help grow it.  Less bugs = More players.

Q20. What positive additions could you (or do you already) make to the server/Community?

I'm currently making videos in my own guild, but plan on making a Promo video for the server, as I have done for any server I have been apart of in the past.   I do this for fun, and because I enjoy editing, and if I enjoy the server then I'm happy to do it.

Q21. Professionalism, integrity, and honesty are required at all times. In what ways do these words describe you?

I try to keep a Professional attitude towards everything, whether it involves Raid Leading, directing players, or just talking to the normal person.

No.

Q23. What can you do to help the server grow?

Continue to make videos, stream and find a developer like I'm currently doing atm.

I believe Plezzure can contribute alot to this server seeing as he has experience as a GM and has run his own server.
Given some time he might be able to speed up the bugfixing.

I'm not too sure that it true, we have enough GMs who play their ingame characters instead of answering tickets already. Playing on this server for such a long time every day makes it apparent that he enjoys actually playing on this server, which is great, but we need people who will actually enjoy being a GM, not people who enjoy playing around.  It seems highly likely that he will be playing on his ingame character when the bulk of tickets get made, making him a useless addition to the GM staff. People who raid during EU raid times can not be helpful to EU guilds that need GM assistance.

IMO we should be looking for people who will be active GMs, but don't have a huge amount of their life invested into playing their characters every day. People like Plezzure who spend so much time wrapped up in server drama that they create threads like this one http://vanillagaming.org/forum/index.php?topic=17722.0 to foster drama between two guilds don't really strike me as the sort of person you can rely on to remain impartial.  We need GMs who can remain emotionally stable, not people who spend over half their day becoming emotionally invested and are likely to be overly emotional when faced with tough/annoying situations. It's pretty clear from Plezzure's posts in his rage thread that he can not remain calm or impartial. Does anyone really think letting someone who, after seeing the actions of 1 player immediately  made a thread to discredit that player's entire guild, become a GM is actually a good idea? Next you will say I should be a GM lol.
