I've only once been bottom of the meter on PW, and it certainly wasn't in that raid. And 2 innervates were called for, none were received(Furthermore, I was still 2nd only to Nela, which I am ok with). There's a difference in what's requested and what happens. Like, when someone tells you wrong corner, and you stay in the wrong corner.
