Could somebody be so kind as to link a list of slash commands that actually works here in VG, been browsing and most of the commands Id like to use for my macros don't work here.

/castsequence and /focus was added in TBC.

I dont know about a direct list, but targetting in Vanilla is only done using /target or /assist.

You can maybe find some inspiration here: http://wowprogramming.com/docs/api_categories - this is what I use when I code addons.

There is no command that can do this, also I do not think there were any commands that did move your char in Tbc+. You would need third-party software what gets you banned.
For simple ability prioritising macros check the Class-Subforums or the guide section to get an idea of what is possible and what is not. As you spoke about focus, there is no focus frame in classic, however there is an addon providing this feature "Introducing Classic Focus". That guy rewrote some very usefull addons for the classic client, check out his other posts.
