Could be, but I don't think the population is high enough. If there will be scheduled AV-events encouraged by Gamemasters (on weekends, non-raid hours), and it'll be fixed, then i think it'll be a great success.

AV gets fixed periodically but people don't play it even after a few fixes went in.

Even if it gets played, after a couple of games, everyone either switches to AB/WSG or the server crashes in the middle of a game, causing deserter on everyone.
