Hey i used to play wow, back before cataclysm came out. couldnt afford it anymore, and i friend suggest i come this way. i have everything installed and ready to go. but i have a question, is it only the original wow we can play? so max lvl 60, only 8 races, no outlands, northrend, or destroyed asteroth? either way i'm not complaining about playing this game for free just wanted to know the limitations of playing for free

yes it is the original vanilla wow you get to play here. lvl 60, 8 classes, no outlands, northrend or destroyed azeroth. Only 2 continents. And welcome to Vanilla Gaming.

looks like my gf and i will be rolling some undead characters i believe, and i was curious if there will be an update to BC? or will this always be Vanilla WoW? (once again not that i am complaining, but curious)

I think it's staying Vanilla. Pretty sure it's staying. Naxx is not fully out yet, no point in going BC |

I think it's staying Vanilla. Pretty sure it's staying. Naxx is not fully out yet, no point in going BC No point of ever going TBC lol. Good decision to roll undead!  (was mine too) |

so i was playing and i noticed how fast ones character levels in this game, seems abnormally fast, i was level 8 after handing in 2 quests...

15x XP rates to give you a slightly faster levelling experience, but not so fast so you can still experience vanilla content. Regular drop rates of 1x, with gold at 2x to help keep up with levelling while not breaking end-game economy. Reputation rate is blizzlike (1x).

Yeah, it is. Nevertheless you can finish the quests, if you like to of course. |
