They do drop and the chance percentage is correct, except eye of sulfuras which i just lowered

Sins do not even touch any thing cause when u touch something u broke all things, it's right shaken t2 warlock leggs and t2 priest doesn't drop , i am 100% sure so go see what u did wrong again Sins .

Well back in retail I had the same problem with Bloodfang leggings. Didnt drop for 2 years of weekly farming MC. The joy and luck of watiting for drops |
