Yes we are still recruiting all classes but most need is in healers and tanks. We raid sundays, tuesdays and wednesdays 18:15-22:00 ST.

Me, Alda and Evabraun try to do the leading by three of us + bunch of people helping out when its needed and classleaders explaining the fights to their classes aswell. We try to have fun atmosphere in raids when doing trash and have max focus at the hard fights.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Tranquil Air is limited by group so you cant give it to every group only a select few. It also has a max range of 30 yards from the totem so if the group is for some reason split between the 2 sides (fairly common for groups 2-8) on p1 it doesn't reach everyone. Its threat reduction is also lower. I may just be totally wrong about that tho.

So tranq totem being lower means you shouldnt use it at all? makes no sense. And what is p1 on gluth or what the hell are you talking about

Our tanks stancedance, it's not slower than any other tactics, and regarding full dps thingy we don't have Salvation (no flame meant, just a fact).

Its slower if dps have to eat all/half fears. And we dont have salvation either when I tank on my horde warrior in DP (no flame just a fact) so no idea why you guys bring up salvation to every conversation, lol.

If you use 2 tanks that stancedance then dps only needs to eat 1 or 2 fears and after that they can go full on dps-mode without problems of aggroing if you have proper tanks = more dps. But as some famous hordelord always said "Slow and steady wins the race". If it works for you np.
