He used to port me and Ninjaasassin whenever we gankged him long ago when he was a GM. And he once banned me because he once whispered me while he had his whisper turned off so I wrote on world chat "You are amazing GM, but if you gotta whisper me with something you gotta enable your whispers for my reply" Then he re-whispered me according to server rules that I "Insulted a GM Staff" just because I wrote "Amazing GM" at world chat. I am glad that they finally removed him from the staff and got rid of that abuser.

Interesting memory you have there. I know that there was 3 GMs that all agreed that ninja was abusing (after being unbanned) and he was re-banned.
No one was teleported away from PvP as far as I am aware of, perhaps another GM was doing that.
And I don't even remember your situation, but I always kept my chat active. Would be interesting to see what the Ban listed on your name was and to see if it was even me.

Well this went on longer than I thought.

To be honest I thought I would wake up and Sins would have deleted the thread and possibly locked my forum account over this. I was done with this thread when I made the first post, simply because not much will change and not much ever does. And when it does its normally for the worse to which the GMs are blamed and if that doesn't stick the players are blamed for not avoiding the many mistakes and bugs.
I seriously can't understand how so many other servers have almost everything functioning blizzlike with one or two abnormalities and yet this server takes money and then screws up the coding more.

Erga, I do think that Brawnzy semi summed up what I was implying. Grey area.... I am sorry do you remember doing that on retail? You did delete the TF item and that was the extent of the punishment. Which was the right thing to do.

If Vit actually did send that gold himself then shouldn't he be given the chance to give it back or have the gold deleted in order to keep the regular accounts?

Brawnzy I am sorry bud but you shouldn't have replied to this thread if you wanted to be GM. This is the kind of behaviour that Sins can't tolerate (logic and reason).

What about my first thunderfury? It was a grey area back then, everybody did it. When I realized that it was not fine to get tf through a grey area,  I deleted the thunderfury MYSELF. That threw me back nearly a year of binding farming. And my guild went rampage because of that, since I messed up the prio list completely. Later on I had the chance to complete my tf again in a legit way and here I am. So what?

You were able to delete it. You also have the commands to change the value of gold a player has.
If you have the logs showing which toons got the gold then remove the gold from them.

This server has always puzzled me as to why its so bloody hard to get anything done. Servers that don't take cash from people can do it.
I am sure this server is just a large social experiment to see how long people will continue to donate to it.

Come on Ergamemnon. Talk about double standards. *cough thunderfury cough*

Unban Vits regular accounts and remove the gold that was sent (we all know how hard that is... that one command). Either that or start banning all the players who are abusing the voting system and the players who still are wandering around after abusing the fuck out of the CC chests.

+1 Just remove "stolen gold" as you have already removed him from GM team.

I mean there are so many people walking around on this server with abused gold from voting and the chest bug (we all know who) who are not banned.

Its because the testers are too tired to report anything to the devs who can't be arsed fixing it.
