1  Class Discussion / Warrior / Re: Hit vs Crit, you want 17 hit right? on: August 04, 2014, 07:28:57 pm
What wop said for the most part is true, but i think he is forgetting about the crit cap. For end geared/fully buffed warriors 15% hit (the ability cap) will only sustain about 45 % crit, so attaining anymore crit after that is basically a wasted stat. To increase the crit cap you have to increase your hit

Warriors are the end game characters that can pull out massive dps, but they are entirely gear dependent, and This is why
Attacks:
rage is gained at a rate for 1 rage per 50 points of white damage, this also rounds up. For example if you do 75 damage it will be 2 rage points. This is important to note especially in regards to which gear you should acquire. Another handy note with this is that 10 strength = about 3 wep damage per hit.
Defense:
gaining rage while taking damage is a little bit different than when dealing it. It still observes the 1 to 50 ratio for white attacks but spells are a little different. Spells will give you 1 rage point per 100 damage (yellow damage) This is important to note for pvp and bosses that use spells.
