Post by: Matt0123 on April 14, 2010, 08:32:18 pm
Hi!
Does anyone have experiences with the WoW Boardgame or adventure game?
I never have played them, but i wanna try one with some of my friends. Do they worth the money? Which one is the better?
Also i welcome any experience with the trading card game:D

The board game and adventure game play in very different ways, however, the adventure game is more like World of WarCraft, while the board game is more like WarCraft: Orcs & Humans/WarCraft II: Tides of Darkness/WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos.  Whether or not they're worth your money is up to whether or not you enjoy that kind of game play and whether or not you have people to play with.

Adventure games are pretty good to play, and it's kind of like a mixture of Dungeons & Dragons and the EverQuest role-playing game (if you never played D&D or EQ:RPG then I don't know what else I could compare it to for you).

As for the World of WarCraft TCG, I had a chance to play it, and it's REALLY GOOD...  HOWEVER...  From what I hear, Blizzard and upper deck didn't renew the contract for the TCG and so we could see the end of the World of WarCraft TCG within the next 6 months -- so save your money for now and wait and see what happens before you spend.

Try and be a little more reasonable in responding to people.
