Paladin redemption quest/spell

Hello,
My paladin's name is Cheetaw (lvl60).

I went to every paladin trainers in SW and IF to find the quest for the redemption rank1 spell.
It seems like there's no available quest for it.
I went to Goldshire (for human pal) which I am supposed to get the quest for it(thats what wowhead says)
I also went to Kharanos (dwarf paladin) and he also dont give a quest about it...

Many paladins in-game told me that you can get the quest at your trainer at lvl 10. I have no quest... no spell...

Can you please make me learn the damn rank 1 please?

There's also something wrong. Dungeon set 2, (not t2)
When you upgrade Lightforge to Soulforge there's supposed to have 2 kind of set. Holy one and DPS one.
you can choose beetween both but you made the same set bonus for the 2 sets and its the DPS one...
Can you please take a look at it please =)

You get the quest at Duthorian Rall and it's called "Tome of Divinity"
There is only 1 D2 set.
Use the Template.
