Ok, so we are new to playing on this server and are having a blast.  One question we have is how do you get your first mount?  I've gone to the dwarf mount area and the only mounts I see start at level 40 and the riding ability isn't available.

Am I looking in the wrong place or do I have to wait till lvl 40?

Yes level 40 is required for 60% mounts and level 60 for 100% mounts. You'll level fast enough though with 15x XP
