there are always the same maggots wich have fun to do this things and avoid to fight the same gear level players (maybe just provoke and excape ) , but there is also a thing, if someone is deep in honor farming for ranking, is forced to do , as there is not enought battleground pvp for gather honor only from bg . so, if is just ganking for honor/kills without any offense, it is the game ...so, 50/50 for my modest point, but is not good if toxicity kill newcomers.
