1. What Nation I should choose ?
2. How many peoples playing now ?
3 This is a P2W Server or items from Donation does not matter ?

1) 60 - 40 (decently even) So choose where you allegience is.
2) about 750-1000 (its a small server compared to Nostals numbers)
3) its not a p2w, you can donate for Tier 1 and instant 60.
This is not a big deal since you can get Tier 3 fairly quick and its x15 exp.
4) There is class balance? you mean there is balanced pvp / pve ? no not really some classes excell while others lack behind. In pvp its sort of a rock paper sciscor (rogues mages are very strong overall) You cant reach the top 5 spot in a tryhard guild with a off-class in pve. (some nerd gonna post their top 5 dps spot with a off-class proving its possible but then you need too pour your soul into it)

You should play whichever class you feel most comfortable with, and besides, getting a new character up to 60 doesnt take that long with the 15x exp, so you might as well level up a few classes to try them out.
