Wow, this is actually a pretty amazing tool. +1 Renew.  Can you add more than 3 healers to a tank? Say for Patchwerk assignments sometimes you get 16 healers for PW...and 3 tanks... that's like. 5-6-5. Alot of the catchy healing names are already in use, but, =P I'm sure you'll find something....someone's bound to be more crafty than I at name finding.

As you can see Equilibrium is farther along but we raid during the week. And we start earlier. But both guilds' progression are listed on the forum page I linked you, and their sites to apply to are there as well.

So now you are 4/9 AQ, grats. Doesn't matter if you only lost 1 player or even none, you reformed to a new guild under a different name and leadership, it's a new guild and is held to the standards of a new guild's progression, which is a clean slate.

You've got a few choices, for Horde, there's De-Profundis, and Fortis mostly. EU time raiders. Alliance has Distilled Wisdom, Unique, Alteffour for EU time zones, and for US time zones we have Equilibrium, and Mutiny. De Profundis, and Distilled Wisdom have all content on farm. Unique is 5/7 naxx, and Equilibrium is 3/7 Naxx.

Spec the same 5 points in the tree the same, then add murder. Both times, track a long bout of fighting the same mobs without it, then with it.

I have personally over-aggroed on a 200 white damage hit, stopped attacking, and hit feint, and nothing happened as far as the mob going back to the tank(who was stunned)...Plox show me how this is working even partially, lol. As it is, i'd just put an X over the skill, because it used to reduce quite a significant amount of threat.
